Asset classes

Where the architecture is applied.

One architecture, four verticals and a mandate to look at anything with validated economic value and a transferable right attached to it.

Other strategic real assets

The test we apply to anything else.

We are asset-agnostic in principle and disciplined in practice. Four questions decide whether an asset can be structured at all.

  • Is the value validated?

By an accredited third party, to a recognised standard, in a report an institution will accept.

  • Is the right transferable?

Can the economic right be carved out and placed in a vehicle without breaching a concession, licence or financing covenant?

  • Is the jurisdiction workable?

Enforceable title, functioning courts, sanctions position, and a route to compliant distribution.

  • Is there a cash flow or a credible exit?

Something has to pay the investor. Appreciation alone is rarely financeable.

If the answer to any of these is no, the honest answer is that the asset is not ready — and we will say so before taking a structuring mandate.

Discuss a real asset, a mandate or a partnership.

We work with asset owners, governments, institutional investors and strategic partners.
